My name is Peggy Reynolds-Olsen and I live on an Avocado Grove in Valley Center California with my husband and our two dogs. I am the mother of two grown daughters and through my marriage have become a grandparent to little “Hunter” who is 3 years old.
I know healing happens through alignment with the breath of life. My experience of my own healing began to deepen as I journeyed through the trainings listed below, all of which have the capacity to do just that. As a teacher I am honored to hold space for my students to open and heal as they too embody the work.
My training includes five years of study with Dr. Ray Castellino in the field of Pre- and Peri-natal Psychology. I have also completed three years of training in trauma resolution through the Foundation for Human Enrichment with Peter Levine and am a certified SE Practitioner. I am a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, and a Registered Polarity Therapist. Over the past 4 years I have studied Core Process and Relational Field work with Maura Sills of the Karuna Institute in Devon England.
My training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy began with Franklyn Sills, and has been continuous throughout the last 14 years. I have assisted Franklyn through a foundational course and for the past 10 years have been teaching Cranial work to health professionals. I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist RCST® and a approved teacher with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America.
Through my midwifery training, I have a complete understanding of the birthing process. My love for children is vast. In my private practice in Encinitas California, I enjoy helping babies, children, and adults to resolve trauma both in relationship to birth and all other types of trauma as well. I work with individuals and families to create resources that will transform their lives. I am the founder and Director of the Hridaya Family Healing Center where I support families in healing birth trauma and educate parents on this subject as well. I have a great passion for educating professionals in this field in hopes for a gentler future in the birthing of our children. Read Article by Peggy Reyonlds-Olsen Top of Page
